You’re probably only familiar with KT Tape from seeing Olympic athletes covered in it every four years, but it has many applications that may surprise you, like putting it on your wrist to help ease the pain of Carpel Tunnel. I’ve used it off and on over the last year. I only need it when I’ve spent an unusual amount of time in front of the computer with no end in site. My wrist usually starts calling for a time-out. Unfortunately there’s still a lot of work to do, so I tape it up and usually don’t have any problems getting through the home stretch. Give it a try, you might like it.
